1. All transaction processing fees are non-refundable
2. Photographer is not responsible for property readiness.
3. Staging and styling must occur before photo shoot, not during.
4. No tenant-occupied properties
5. Pricing listed on this order form is for a limited-use license of media provided by Ryan Baldridge. The client is authorized to use the media for marketing the property in print and digital format. Print in magazine requires separate license. Uploading media to various websites is permitted for direct marketing of the sale of the property. Property marketing usage license expires upon successful close of the property transaction. License is non-transferrable and non-sublicensable. Client may not provide media to any other party for any reason. 75-year portfolio usage is granted to primary agent.
